Get help: search, ask MAiKE, or talk to a person
Search the help, ask MAiKE, or talk to a person on the MAiKE team.
Search the help
Every article is in the help center, where you can search them or browse by section.
In MAiKE, open Help & support from the account menu, or the Help button at the bottom right. Type in Search help or ask a question: matching articles show as you type, and open right there in the panel. Press Enter to ask MAiKE instead.
Ask MAiKE
MAiKE answers first: how things work, your runs and credits, or what happened in a run, with links to the articles it used. It sees the page you’re on and your workspace. In a session it also sees which version and format you’re looking at, and whether you’re in the editor, so you can ask about “this”. It can’t change anything.

Talk to a person
In a conversation, press Talk to a person any time to hand it to the MAiKE team. The panel shows whether they’re available right now. When they are, someone replies in the conversation shortly; when they aren’t, leave a message and they reply there. A dot on Help and on your picture means there’s a reply, and your past conversations are listed in the panel.
When the team isn’t available, a handover becomes a message for them.
